Re: New South Stand Roof etc
Ok, so in the time it has taken for us to get a new ground (or not), I was wondering if there have been any teams that have built 2 new stadiums ie replaced one for a second time?

So sorry to hear of Pomps passing. I don't post very often but always enjoyed the banter. Incredible respect across the posters on this site so good to see.

Re: Stevenage away
Thanks for the updates PP & SB, the last 2 games I went to were Exeter and Yeovil both very disappointing. I'm interested to know what you think has changed from those games. Did we play more of a div 4 sorry, league 2 style of football? At Yeovil the whole team seemed under par and at Exeter we...

Re: Yeovil Away
Ok so the conditions weren't great but it was the same for both teams. This really was a poor performance. The first touch eluded us. Apart from a 10 minute spell in the second half the players looked disinterested. The midfield didn't link up with the striker either. As previously mentioned, no one...

Yes looking forward to it. One tip though, don't park in the car park of too close to the ground. There's only one way out and if takes a long time as I found out last time.

Re: Lancaster Gone
I was really pleased when he got the job but it was pretty obvious quite quickly that something wasn't quite right. Whether he concentrated too much on the fitness and game development and not enough on mental strength for the big games I don't know.

Re: Job Done
Firstly, the Dodger pub and local area were quieter than normal, everybody watching the rugby or fed up with the goings on at their club (sounds like our previous life). Not a great game, Newport offered little with exception of their number 4. They did score what seemed to be a good goal though. We...

My only hope is we don't draw Wales and yet again miss out to them. Not sure I could go through that again.

Hi Rubi,
Brought them with me from Wales but forgot to put them on. The defeat is my fault.
