Re: Andronikou advising Ben Haim

The issue with the stadium is a valid point. It's worth remembering that it's not just the buying of the stadium that's going to be an issue. There's the upkeep required to keep it running as well that's also going to be a factor. Are we really going to be making enough money down in the conference ...

Re: Birch confirms 10th August is the deadline day for Pompe

I don't mean to be cynical but what makes this "deadline" any different from all the other "deadlines" we've had over the last few years? We've been in this situation so many times over the last few years that I honestly don't know why this time should be seen as any more apocal...

Re: Andronikou advising Ben Haim

However, that conflict should have worked in PFC's favour, in that AA would be advising TBH to accept the compromise agreement, as this would allow Portpin to take over. Can't they just wait until we go under and then buy the assets ala Rangers New Co and start a brand new club for the 2013 \ 2014 ...

Re: CVA meeting

At the end of the day it's all about getting as much money back for the creditors as possible. One of the main arguments for CVA's existing in the first place is that by keeping the company afloat the company can afford to pay back more money over a period of years than they would had paid back had ...

Re: OT - Girlfriend with depression.

So that's that then. We've just split up... I've had relationships end before and been through breakups before but this one I think is one of the worst ones I've been through. The main difference is because I think for the first time I truly loved someone unconditionally and I gave this relationship...

Re: OT - Girlfriend with depression.

Luckily her best friend is a mental health nurse. I spoke to her today about my girlfriend because I was worried and she knows all about the fact she's come off the Anti Depressants and she's helping her work through the next few weeks and that before she came off them she had been slowly weening he...

Re: OT - Girlfriend with depression.

Anyone have any tips on how I can convince her to seek professional help?

I'm assuming it needs to be a decision she makes as opposed to me turning up one day with a GP appointment and trying to frog march her down there!

Re: OT - Girlfriend with depression.

Anyway... an update: During the course of the day I found out that one of the reasons she's been the way she has been recently is because she ran out of tablets and then decided to go cold turkey. I assumed she'd come off them safely and with the help of a GP but it seems that's not the case. She mo...

Re: OT - Girlfriend with depression.

Hi all,

Thank you so much for all the advice given in this topic. It was more than I ever could have hoped for. It's nice to get opinions from both sides and from people who have had personal experience with the issue as well.

OT - Girlfriend with depression.

I've been with my girlfriend for about a year now and recently she's come off her medication and has been very down while adjusting to not being on her anti depressants. She's been very distant with me recently and we had a talk last night and she told me she doesn't love me any more. Fine... I'm up...

Re: trust meeting

I haven't had time to read the full thread yet but are the Trust still coming across as being more bothered about setting up their own Club as opposed to helping the current one?
