HELP: Need ticket swap so I can sit near my kids

Post by cheesemonster »

I have a ticket for Entrance F Block 109 but my sons (sged 8 and 10) have been allocated tickets for Entrance D Block 518, on a completely different tier.

I really need to be sitting somewhere near them so I'm hoping a Pompey fan in D 518 can swap their ticket with me.

Tickets for both sections cost £60 so there will be no financial loss.

Having studied the stadium plan F 109 is much nearer the pitch and a bit nearer the goal. I sat in that section for the semi final and the view was great.

Why don't you email elainegiles@pompeyfc.co.uk and ask her if she can help?

I have a similar issue though my boys are a little older than yours at 14 and 10 so I was going to put the 14 year old on his own. I have two tickets together in Block 524 and a single in Block 523 so they are actually reasonably close together anyway. I am hoping that someone sitting alone next to, or very close by, my 10 year old and I will be willing to swap as the view will be pretty similar.

I'll take a look at the ticket I have for you - if I can help I would like to.

Having checked - I have a ticket in 505 so doesn't look like that is going to be any good for you - sorry I don't hold the solution for you. Good luck with your efforts.

I bought the adult ticket first and when Elaine Giles sold me the junior tickets she specified that i couldnt trade in the adult ticket to sit near them.
She said the computer couldnt track where i was sitting, i couldnt remember where (ticket hadnt arrived at that point). all i could remember is it cost £60 and based on that she sold me their tickets in what she believed would be the same section.
But it isnt and i still need a swap please.

How about asking her again now, as they have 700 tickets on sale in the morning.

They are selling them from the ticket office, so they must have the tickets to hand now.

Good grief - you're taking goats to the match?!
Like many, trust few and always paddle you own canoe.
