Why is it Americans, Aussies, Canadians, Kiwis etc. etc. never seem to suffer the Jonathan Woss speech impediment?

Or maybe they identify it early and have them shot?

Have to say I would have preferred Redknapp in charge. It seems most of the problems England have is generating a bit of belief in themselves. As soon as they pull on the white shirt, the massive club egos go out the window, and nobody wants to take any risks. Redknapp for all his sins does instil confidence in players.
