Brian Howe rearing his ugly head again. Tweeted an hour ago that "I am hoping to get word in the next few days as to where things stand regarding Pompey takeover." If he was anywhere near serious, he'd have got somewhere by now.
I also note that it was suggested he join the Trust's bid, which would show how serious he was.
I wish he'd stop
