As I have mentioned in the past, my parents' next-door neighbour is one of the FP groundsmen. He's told my dad that Trev has sanctioned spending £12K to re-seed the pitch.

Tends to suggest that Trev is reasonably confident of being able to sell the club.

£12 grand? I'd do it for £10k. Give me a ring Trev.

I think Trev is confident of a sale, Chanrai as the very least has said he'll keep the club going.

I thought the pitch was the best thing about PFC this season. Even at the last home game against Derby County it was in tip top condition.

You sure the groundsman hasn't got the wrong end of the stick and Trev has actually sold the hallowed turf for £12k ?
