Passport Control in Paris

Post by Da_Bish »

Angela Merkel arrives at Passport Control at Paris airport.

"Nationality?" asks the immigration officer.

"German," she replies.

"Occupation?"

"No, I'm just here for a few days."

Ironic joke of the year from Da Bish -wasted of course on the little oiks on here!

Think I'll go hang out my washing on the Maginot Line, whilst I figure a way to adapt the joke to coincide with our fuhrer's visits to Poland

Neville Chamberlain: 'I have today negotiated with Herr Hitler 'peace in our time'.

Hitler: I haf today signed zis paper to allow peace in our time - 'A piece of Poland, a piece of Yugoslavia, a piece of Holland, a piece of France.....tomorrow the world!'

Lost in translation perhaps?
