Yeah, so holding out for the full wad, can't say I blame them blah blah yak....but....what is their position if the club is liquidated?
I assume the contracts are then void and they get jack?

They get nothing from the club, but From what i understand of it the PFA will pay them then put in a claim to e paifd as football creditor from the sale of the assetts by the Liquidator

On one hand, I attach no blame at all to the players.
They did defer payroll, a contract is a contract ('till they get one out on you) etc etc.

On the other hand, faced with getting my wonga knowing I'd be putting the business (any business) in mortal danger, affecting the livelyhood of many people, not to mention the passion and history of a football club
.....or making concessions and taking a chunk of individual pain for the health of many.

....well....I know what I'd do.

But that's just me.
