Everyone says David Beckham is not very intelligent. No-one says that Professor Stephen Hawking is a rubbish footballer!

Re: When....
So Awfs needs to win both the remaining 2 to beat that. I can't remember any other runs bigger than this, but I do remember one the very 1st season I went (nearly) every game - 1982/3. According to "Pompeyrama": http://www.pompeyrama.com/home.html I really don't recall a winning streak bigger in the 30 odd years I've been following - there were some long unbeaten runs under Bally (IIRC), inc. that one that was ended away to Sunderland with Walshy sent-off (?) had gone on a while - but with draws of course.
7 wins on the spin in that season 31 years ago (though a touch 'shaky' - as that counts a win over Aldershot in the less than prestigious 'Hampshire Professional Cup')...
(Might be getting a bit ahead of myself here)

He's scored plenty for Leicester this season. Can't envisage him being any more than a squad player next season though. Definitely his level is the Championship.the_lock_man wrote:Yes, this wasn't the Prem.blitzoid wrote:That cant be right.
