Whatever delights Tesco have in store. I fancy a smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich, a Coke and a packet of the greatest crisps ever - smoky bacon Wheat Crunchies.

That's my fat and sugar allowance for the day.

Nachos down the pub - and not my turn to buy, so they'll taste even better :)

Too hot for lunch. But then I did have a late breakfast of scrambled eggs on toast and a couple of rashers at 10.00am so not really hungry.

Wouldn't say no to a Pimms though. Best way I know of getting my fruit quota.

Chipolte pulled pork wrap / roll from TK Snax down at The Gosport Ferry.
Eating overlooking the Harbour, fighting off the seagulls and the locals.

Jackie spud with beans and cheese, and a helping of fizzy cola bottles for dessert.

Best of all the sweets were for charity, so they're calorie free :-)

Got a hint of a bug so I thought a flush of chillis through the system might do the trick.

Tongue Sandwich.

Two slices of ox tongue with English mustard between wholemeal bread from the Southsea Farmers Market.

It's actually more erotic than I was expecting it to be. Quite a lot of drool, too.

Good Grief......bit light on the fruit and veg and you chaps wonder why the country has an obesity problem! Not much point in the Club having an option on shirt sizes - XL and XXL seem to be the order of the day. Disgraceful display - are you all suffering from sunstroke?

Me - fresh fruit salad and Earl Grey tea. But we can't all be perfect.............

Sorry, my mistake, forgot to say, my fizzy cola bottles... were actually fizzy cherry cola bottles. So I can also be pompous and perfect.

I can't see the point of crushing new potatoes - it's as if the chef started mashing them and suddenly realised he was mashing the wrong kind of potatoes, so came up with a silly name for them.
