So you have these protesters who have superglued themselves to your doorstep, and from the pics - appear completely incapacitated and muted. If I was DEFRA, I'd just change the signs round their necks and pipe to read 'Fracking is awesome!' and 'Drill drill drill!'.
Then leave them there.
