Physically strong, well organised and able move the ball quickly and accurately . When defending they had a midfield that was aggressive, hard working and super fit. Hollands is a long, long way from being this type of player.

My real worry for next season is that Awford wouldnt choose players like those who played for Shrews on Saturday . His preference for juniors, dwarfs and experimental formations is something that he seems unable to shake off.
