Which means diddly-squat, apart from that several people old enough to know better have read SkySprouts and decided to waste some of their hard-earned lining the pockets of Messrs Hill, Ladbroke and Power.
Or the tesco money is about to grow.

1 . No More Legends
2 . No More promising young manager whos done well at a club I never knew existed.
3. No more coach's that now fancy being a manager after a decent season at a club I once heard of.
4. No-one with the initials HR
5. No more managers that say 'this is a job I have always wanted '
6. No more giving it to the caretaker because the team wins 3 games in a row

Kit Symons please step forward

Where did Steve Stone suddenly appear from? Somebody must have laid some money down; do they know something?

Not many names on that list meet our specification as laid out by the chairman.

Phil Brown 2/1 - Still unsure whether he is the right choice for us
Gary Waddock 7/2 - Was he brought in as AA's replacement?
Harry Redknapp 13/2 - Just no.
Martin Allen 7/1 - See comment above
Nathan Jones 8/1 - Not got the experience. FFS, I had to Google him. Oh, and it's Bananarama for me.
Ian Holloway 10/1 - Quite positive about IH, press conferences would be worth watching, if nothing else.
Neil Warnock 14/1 - Please no. Can't stand Colin
Gianfranco Zola 16/1 - Where do they dream these things up from?
Mark Warburton 16/1 - Done well with Brentford. Positive again.
Paul Tisdale 16/1 - Positive here too. Promoted 2 seasons in a row with Exeter.
Steve Stone 16/1 - Again, no experience in lower leagues, no experience in actual management
Avram Grant 33/1 - Much respect to Uncle for 2010, but that just ain't gonna happen. Swapping Ghana for Pompey?
Danny Wilson 33/1 - Hmmm, maybe, and in a similar vein, can see the Fratton End bursting into "Mary's Prayer"
Darren Ferguson 33/1 - Don't like the man, but perhaps
James Beattie 33/1 - Yeah, that's gonna happen in my lifetime, Fatboy Fat at Pompey
Paul Cook 33/1 - Hmmm, maybe.
Uwe Rosler 33/1 - Positive about Rosler

I wouldn't be at all surprised if whoever we get is not even on this list

Well I don't see Jurgen Klopp's name there. He's available in the summer and he'd be worth a punt I reckon.
