Webster agrees new deal and another new signing iminent...
From the Snooze:

POMPEY are closing in on defender Christian Burgess.
Peterborough director of football, Barry Fry, has confirmed the Blues have agreed a fee with his side and personal terms with the 23-year-old.
That means Burgess now has to negotiate a medical when he returns from holiday to seal his move.
An unnamed League One side were also pursuing the 6ft 5in man who inked a four-year agreement at London Road in 2014.
He made 33 appearances for The Posh last season, scoring four goals, but fell out of favour under new manager Dave Robertson.
Burgess came through the ranks at Arsenal until being released and dropping down to non-league level, before moving to Middlesbrough in 2013.
Cook has limited options at the back at present. But Adam Webster has committed his future to Pompey, after he signed a two-year deal.
The News reported yesterday the 20-year-old had reached agreement after impressing at the end of last season.
That leaves Webster and Paul Robinson as the main available options in the middle, with Jack Whatmough sidelined with his knee injury.
Club captain Johnny Ertl can also slot in centrally.
Meanwhile, Steve Schumacher will not be making a move to Pompey.
The midfielder has been interesting Cook after being released by Fleetwood Town, but his future appears to lie elsewhere.
And talk of a bid to land Accrington’s Josh Windass is wide of the mark.

Good news on Webster.
Robbo, Whatmough and Webster gives you a decent choice at the back with whoever else Cookie brings in....and there's always The Turtle to fill in if we run into injuries/suspensions.

6'5"...!....in central defence!....yeah....that's what I'm talking about in Div 4.
That's worth 12 points a season that is.
