France Ladies v German Women

Anybody watching this intriguing game? Great end to end match, a lot of good skill and masses of naivety!! But very watchable and entertaining. Well played girls!! 8)

Agree - good game and now it's going to penalties!

I hope to be watching England against Canada on Saturday/early Sunday night.

I thought the Germans showed a lack of naivety in the 1st half particularly with lots of cynical little fouls to break up the French play without getting booked. Harsh penalty given by the referee as well 2nd half to get the Germans level.

The better side lost with the Germans winning on penalties but ain't that football...

The quality of football was extraordinary...

....and who said the girls don't show cynicism. Dives, feigned injury, professional fouls...this game had it all.

Can't think where they got such appalling behaviour from.....
