This is a barmy test match. 11 wickets fallen so far today (13 yesterday).

Come on England...knock em over tonight. I'm playing in a charity game tomorrow with no tv, no wifi and terrible mobile reception so can't even Sky Go the coverage from the sidelines.

Another one gone, Marsh for 6, bowled by Finn. Now 92-5. Halfway there, and still 53 runs to make the good guys bat again.

Just need to get Warner....

26 wickets have fallen in less than 2 days play yet the commentators keep stating this wicket doesn't have that many demons in it. Lot of grass on it but my theory is that players are so used to dead tracks that when presented with a "proper" wicket they find it hard going.

Our colonial criminal cast-offs finish the day on 168-7, 23 ahead.

And the day finished up as 315 for 14. Worth the price of admission I'd say.

The other interesting thing is Nevill still being there. If he makes a defiant rearguard action, its going to make him hard to drop for Trent Bridge. Especially as he's kept very well also. The Aussie team are very anxious to see Haddin return but the CA selectors seem to prefer the new man.

Nevill has batted longer than anyone else in this match in terms of balls faced (117); no-one else has lasted over 100. At least he has got his head down and battled hard.
