Truly the greatest ever - but let's call him by the name he adopted Mohammed Ali....he would have wanted that! He was one hell of a man - not just for 'The thriller in Manila' and 'The rumble in the jungle' but for his charm, wit and unswerving belief in tenets he held to be right.

Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee!

He always had that twinkle in his eye when he was ranting against his opponent.

RIP Cassius/Ali. You really were the greatest!

The rumble in the jungle fight must be one, if not the, greatest boxing bouts of a all time. Rest in peace great man.

Funeral just down the road Friday...well...just down the river in another river city, Louisville. The Louisville Lip has the Ali Center right on the riverbank....must have driven past it 1000 times without much thought.
