Good grief.....I take a brief vacation and come back to this.
I'm just glad its yer feet in the lettuce / cabbage.....Mary Whitehouse would be outraged otherwise.

I recommend slippers....or a large watermelon prewarmed in the microwave.....I'm not one to judge.

I still reckon they are iceburg lettuces. My mate swears they are cabbages. :roll:

They're cabbages.

I worked on the supermarket tills through college and uni and it was a regular requirement to have a fruit and vegetables test.

I immediately thought they were Iceberg lettuces. But all of this expert fruit and veg knowledge and irrefutable evidence to the contrary is making me doubt myself now.

Look at the stalk, look at the veins, look at the way that leaf is peeling off the top one. It's hanging limp like a cabbage.
