Lost again!! Why am I not surprised? I said before the transfer window closed - we've got enough strikers but if they are not given a good service it's odds on they won't score. We need two midfielders that can a) feed the channels and b) cross a ball. Today proved just that. We have a super new striker in E. Doyle, Lowe & Chaplin but nobody scores because the creativity is missing. Sadly, it's now too late and I fear my original guess that Pompey will not finish higher than tenth may well come true. Hope not but fear the worst.

It was a cruel deflection from the reports I've had and we were good value for a point.

We should have been one up after 10 seconds, Lowe puts that in and it's a different game.
