Not about Pompey, but an interesting piece on the difficulties of finding work in football focussing on Kevin Dillon. I feel sorry for all those who don't get a second chance, whilst some people get an endless stream of jobs in which they are mediocre to useless.

Good article. I guess the downer here is if you count all the pro clubs in England & Scotland and multiply by 2 for Manager and Ass.. Man(snigger).....then subtract jobs he's not going to get (like Arsenal).....he's picked a career with less than 200 nationwide opportunities and a lot of hopefuls chasing the 60 odd yearly vacancies.

Kevin Dillon was my boyhood hero, lived round the corner from my Grandparents on Hayling Island and was a gent. Sounds like he's put in all the work but not getting the breaks, hopefully it'll work out for him soon.
