How are we getting it back?

I think you could request a cheque or bank transfer.

Mine was a bank transfer.

Apologies as I'm having a major brain fart but where is thread with the list of who was in which group and who was organising this?

Not sure where the thread of syndicate members is, but seem to remember a few weeks/months ago this was discussed, and the overwhelming consensus was that the syndicate share money should be donated to the Pompey Ladies team.

I'm sure others will recollect more details on this.

Please do allow for my senility too. Do I have to request it back, or are they just going to send it automatically?

You should of been sent a form to fill in stating what you want done with the money (returned, donated, membership component, etc). You also have to provide some details, including copies of identification documents (passport, utility bill, usual stuff). If you haven't received this form yet, you need to contact the trust ASAP. Although you do have a long time to make the decision.

Earlier this month I had a French friend 'Julie' visit Portsmouth. While she was in town she contacted PITC to see if she could do something to help .She was given some tasks and enjoyed what she done. I spoke to her when she returned to France and she was full of praise at the work done by PITC.
So can a little of the money be sent to them as a thanks from me and Julie.

You will be pleased to hear that £42,500 has already been donated to PitC from the shares money as well as £22k to the Pompey History Society.

Pompey fans are great, aren't they...
