Get yer balls out...
...crystal, that is!!
So, we've seen the first game of the season and what do you all think? Where do you think we will finish at the season end?
My prediction, based on the team I saw today (could change if Mr J gets in some recruits) is:
.......LUCKY TO BE ABOVE 8th
Come on all...predict!!

9th, 4 points from play-offs, a distance behind Sunderland.
Home losses by 0-1 = 4 to go along with 2 0-0 draws and a despondent crowd baying for a new manager by December.

Lower Mid table I think not troubling the scorers at either end of the table.
A winter of discontent after another half season of uninspiring football leading to debate in the stands about should Jackett go, then at the height of this debate we unveil plans for a new ground away from Fratton park and all the on field ills are sweapt under the carpet.

Ignore yesterday's game - typical early season fare.
Prediction is 6th, which is just about acceptable. However we do need to sign a creative midfielder, and also a striker, maybe in the loan market?

I can't predict just yet.
I'm Not quite fit enough, had a poorly organized pre season prediction schedule and I just didn't get enough predicting bits done ahead of the season so I could hit the ground running.

If we continue to play like we played on Saturday, we will end up in a relegation scrap. I'm hoping and praying that it was a one-off. Without Lowe and Curtis in our side we would have no attacking flair whatsoever.
