Possible Team vs Wimbledon (Cup)

You'd think that the game would be used by KJ to get match minutes into a few players and I expect multiple changes.

I'm expecting

McGee, [rb], Burgess, Casey, Haunstrup, Wheeler, May, Evans, Donohue (if fit), Pittman and Chaplin (if fit)

the only question mark for me is who plays RB. Can't see Thompson being fit or being risked so perhaps Walkes plays there. However, I could see him being rested too so perhaps Evans plays RB and someone else comes into centre mid? or bring a youth player in at RB.

Pittman needs 90 mins and I think Wheeler starts on Tuesday too.

Donohue and Chaplin will play if fit but both may not be.

Should be a strong team regardless

I’d like to see Rose start. He looked very rusty yesterday.

yes I forgot about Rose, definitely should be playing on Monday.

perhaps Evans moves to RB and Rose and May come into central mid

Agree, he looked way off the pace.

I'd like to see Dennis play in a no.10 role too but I guess since Chaplin is fit this might be difficult to accommodate if he plays with Pittman.

Could be a potential headache for Jackett if Pitman scores....especially if it's 2 or 3. Be difficult justifying Hawkins up front for the Oxford game.

I think this would be a good thing. For whatever reason, Pitman didn't have a great pre-season, where Chaplin was the outstanding striker, and he didn't do anything against Luton (although not the only one you could say that about). Pitman right in head and body would be a big upgrade for this team.

Didn't even give Pitman 90 minutes....talk about how to improve morale!
