As such I don’t feel unable to comment on Pompey related topics. On this particular topic though I can’t help but think talk of bias is a little overstated. The guy wore a rainbow coloured captains armband. I don’t believe there is anything stipulating the colour ofcaotains armbands, sothis us a bit different to the England poppy debate which was about armbands for all players.
welcome...feel free to comment more please. nothing wrong with an opinion. it gives the board more life

The rainbow is synonymous with the LGBT (I think they've added extra letters now) lifestyle and they refer to the way they live in that ilk.
Being gay isn't a lifestyle.
Neither is being killed in a war you were forced to fight in.
Well, yes. My point wasn't about UEFA, just to correct USPF about being gay being a lifestyle choice.

I think that over the years, that was the wording of the LGBT community.

See, herein lies the rub of this issue. Had Johnny Footballer worn say a pink armband supporting Breast cancer research and been Sainted by the Football powers, this topic would not be here. So seeing as we don't want to have to judge every single issue that some football player might want to promote (there were 2 or 3 instances at the WC as I recall) we're left with Kit plus Sponsor ….which as USPF said, footy powers waffled a bit on in this instance.

This speech was made a number of years ago and it's becoming ever more urgent that we deal with this trend towards speech suppression.
