Out for a month after a minor knee op. Lucky that we have plenty of cover!

Slightly frustrating that he was carrying this injuring when coming to us and knew that he needed the op, apparently he has had it for some time so a sham he never chose to get it done a while back.

He is quoted as saying exactly this. It might be that they told him a summer rest would resolve the matter?

Yes, just seen a story on the Snooze saying that he knew he had to have the op and put it off......seems either him or Villa have pulled a fast one and we are saddled with the wages whilst he has the required op, very disappointing and surprised this was not picked up by PFC.
