We win 1 - 3 with Lowe, Pitman and Clarke scoring.

Peterborough only drew, so we are back on top.

Good to see Pitman returning to form. Listened on iFollow. Much more tense than being at the match. Sounds like we deserved to win. Proud of our fans who made the trip. Noisy as usual.

More a case of "Good to see Pitman returning to first choice!".
Not sure he was ever off form.....just given very little chance to show it.

Interesting to hear Joe Gallen in the Radio Solent post-match interview link not only Olly Hawkins but also Joe Mason as contenders for the same position.

I would not be surprised to see Mason given some playing time on Tuesday night against Coventry.

Surely one of our strengths at present is the strength of today's Pompey bench. And that was without Walkes and Rose who did not even travel with the team.

I think with ref to Pitman he came back in the summer overweight, to me he looks sharper, fitter & lighter now.

Yes he did......and faster, too. Pitman's a frightening prospect at the best of times but a fitter, faster Pitman who has added the tag 'provider' to his skill set is going to make our opponents despair. Look out, League One!
