Cost Spurs their late equalizer I think.
Wasn't helped by Citeh's entry for The Worst Kit Ever award. Orange shorts, purple top with an orange sash??? Designed by Keller & Charles I think
Not to mention the poor remembrance trumpet player and btw....Remembrance day has been 11th of November for 100 years. I'll give you the closest match day but October 29th??

The pitch was awful and I was wondering why the hell would they play American Rugby Ball on it when there's a Soccerball game in the next day or two (other of course than the filthy lucre $$$$$)? But then I realised that Spuds new stadium was supposed to be ready by now. So I guess when the Septics game was scheduled, they didn't think they'd be using it again so soon. Therefore, Spuds can blame their stadium builders for them losing the match and fine them accordingly.

Maybe the Americans could have worn slippers to protect the surface or rolled out a big ready-printed astroturf rug for their game?

Either way, it's only Spuds, so not really that important.
