I saw that rumour on FB earlier; so if it's on FB and Wiki, it must be true :) Happy Days. 12 hours still to go.

Rumour picking up speed now, it's on all manner of sites in NewsNow.

Also headlines showing we have interest in another striker: Ipswich's Ellis Harrison.

Looks like a bit of mischief to me. PFC was added to his (considerable) list of clubs just before 10am today but it was edited out at 10.10. SInce then his middle name has been changed to Pompey. Someone's messing about!

I thought he looked a cracking prospect at Everton, but the fact that he's has sssoooo many clubs, and ssssoooo many loans, tends to indicate that he doesn't settle and/or doesn't get on well with managers.

Not just some random Twitter-ite, either, as the same story is being reported by the Snooze.

That's a lot of, potentially, quality strikers. Whilst brilliant to have them, what about the midfield. Are we hanging our hopes there on Dennis filling Thompson's shoes?

It's a shame the Luton game wasn't postponed the other day.

Dennis won't fill Thompson's shoes. Morris and/or Donohue.

Dennis might fill Wheeler's shoes, with Isgrove filling Green's. Or vice versa. Or a bit of both. Whatever. You know what I'm trying to say.
