Neil Allen has just tweeted that Pompey are only expecting to sign James Vaughan today. He gives the caveat "at this moment in time!"

We wait to see whether either of the £1¼M bids that Sunderland have tabled to Wigan for Will Grigg and Donnie for John Marquis will be improved upon - both bids allegedly rejected by the two clubs.

I would hope that Wigan would not want to let Grigg go, as they've just let Vaughan go.
