Board of Directors

Post by New Forester »

Who are the present Directors? Google has failed me. My American based daughter wants a full briefing on the current set up. Not sure if she’s contemplating a bid.

The current directors of Portsmouth Community Football Club are:-

Michael Eisner
Breck Eisner
Eric Eisner
Anders Eisner
Andy Redman
Mark Catlin

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/comp ... 5/officers

I suspect that as Mark Catlin is listed twice, and we aren't listed as having a Company Secretary, that there is an error with the listing, and MC is the Co.Sec.

Interesting to note, too, that Mark Catlin resigned as director on 3rd August 2017 (the date when the Tornante takeover took place) and was immediately reappointed. I don't understand why that would happen.

Many thanks. My daughter’s American husband is into sport in a big way and they were both very interested to learn all they can about our new owners.
