Shrews v Blues

Post by Earl Grey »

We desperately need this to put pressure on Luton, Barnsley and Sunderland above us.....they know we have the ability to string loads of wins together from the first half of the season so will start to panic if we can demonstrate we're back to our best.....
...problem is the Shrews won't give anything away given how tight the table is from mid-table to the bottom.

It would also be nice to go to Wembley having won our previous couple of matches.

Absolutely! Let's hope we don't have any passengers on Saturday trying to avoid injury.

5 bookings show there certainly weren't any passengers. Either that or once again, it was an appaling ref.

It's nice that we seem to have steadied the ship, I know we're only four points off Barnsley but I suspect we're destined for the play-offs. But going into them in good form is essential.

I suspect Playoffs too. Could have done with Barnsley not nicking the points on Friday.

Sunderland have a huge fixture pile up though it seems. After next weeks final it’s 9 games in 31 days for them. Will be a massive test of end of season fitness and disciplinaries.
