A few more points:
Nathan Thompson MOTM, easily
Ronan Curtis and James Vaughan both made a big difference, though I'd still start Hawkins on Saturday as the Sunderland back four have struggled against him in our two games against them. Bring Vaughan on as sub, bound to score against Sunderland as they hate him so much!
Only Pitman would have scored our winner, so worth keeping him on the pitch, even though he was being totally outpaced
Should we get promoted, we will get ripped to shreds in the Championship with our current squad. Michael Eisner will have to get his cheque book out!
The last couple of home games, I think they have over-watered the pitch
If Coventry keep their squad, worth a bet to go up next season
No mention for Kenny Jackett who yet again made changes when necessary that affected the outcome of the game in a positive way
The Fratton Faithful played their part yesterday
Very excited about Saturday, though not relishing the drive there and back.

I am going on saturday, but I am flying up from Exeter. I did not fancy a nearly 1000 mile round trip, might see you there!
You can take the man out of Pompey

5 of us going so driving by far the cheapest, albeit slowest option! Also, from where we live it is 'only' a 560 mile round trip! 8)
