Walkes on the move
Hasn't trained this week and PFC has granted him permission to discuss personal terms with an un named club according to the snooze.

Re: Walkes on the move
I think Walkes is out of contract in the summer. If this is correct, the club cannot stop him talking to other clubs after the 1st January.
Anyway, I wish him well.

Need to off-load a few. After Walkes......
Downing - I wish, but who would want him?
McCrorie - Rangers have taken him back to treat him 'properly'. They can keep him for all I care.
Marquis - Get a fee while we still can. His last two 'goals' are not fooling me that he's about to turn it around.
Pitman - I still think he can do a job but if we can get a fee, I think Harrison and Ollie will come good up front.

Re: Walkes on the move
Off back to the MLS from what I am hearing. A few fans not happy but, let's be honest, in his two years with us he hasn't exactly the set the world alight. If we want to keep bringing in the likes of Seddon and McGeehan, who are both far superior to Walkes, we need to move some out. Nice lad with a good attitude, but probably a L2 player.

Agree with all those points. As for downing I don't think I've ever seen him play.Dinksy wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2020 5:16 pm Need to off-load a few. After Walkes......

Steady enough player but more than replaceable in my opinion - if we even choose too.

I thought you could only talk to foreign clubs. Domestic clubs only after contract ends, but I could be wrongPompey Penguin wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2020 4:54 pm I think Walkes is out of contract in the summer. If this is correct, the club cannot stop him talking to other clubs after the 1st January.
