It is probably inevitable that Curtis leaves in the summer if we don't get promoted, but I would be disappointed if he left in January unless we get a "blown-away" offer.

This is Curtis's second good season in L1, and he has got thorough the "second season slump" from earlier in the year, so should be an attractive proposition for a Championship team. He is still only 23, so his prime should be ahead, and any team would regard him as having strong sell-on potential. I would think that he is worth at least as much as Jamal Lowe.

I would also imagine that Jamal Lowe's transfer experience might have taught Curtis a few things i.e. avoid pushing for a move and wait for a club in the Championship who have a chance of staying up to come in for you.
