Re: Rochdale
Sweet. 10 home wins in a row. Games in hand all done and only 2pts off the leaders. Form is red hot over the last 15 games. Watch out Arsenal.
Div III. Call it what it is.

Re: Rochdale
Excellent win in very windy conditions. Kudos to KJ for the 2 changes soon after HT. Changed the game I thought. Raggettinho Motm as well. He was excellent.
Got a feeling we may just get something @ Peterborough, Arsenal-not bothered. League is so important now.

Re: Rochdale
Absolutely agree. Promotion and only one visit to Wembley this season would do us fine. The Arsenal match is a pleasant distraction but we could do without another match in the FA Cup just now as the focus must be the League.Arsenal-not bothered. League is so important now.

Re: Rochdale
Another OK performance in diabolical conditions. The wind was swirling all over the place and didn't make ball control easy. Respect to Rochdale who came to play football, though their keeper was wasting a lot of time before we scored. As others have said, very pleased with the way Jackett has rotated the squad over the last couple of games. The break Seddon has had, for example, has done him the world of good. He was on fire yesterday, and although only on the pitch for about the last 30 minutes was my MOTM. You will struggle to see a better goal than his this season, and his crossing of the ball is a revelation. Loved the Fratton End singing 'Sign him up, Sign him up' but sadly can't see that happening. As I've said before, it is crazy that the likes of he and McGeehan can't even get in their teams playing in the Championship. This should be a warning of what to expect should we happen to go up. We really would need to invest - Eisner has said that he will, but to what extent who knows? Although it took until just before half time to take the lead, there was an air of inevitability about us winning the game, though in the end we did so at a canter. Yet again we had another awful referee - where on earth do they get these guys from? A quick mention for their right back, Matheson, who has only just turned 17, he is some player and managed to keep the best left winger in the league in his pocket for much of the game. Apparently, he is joining Wolves in the summer who have paid about £1m for him. He is some prospect. Oh, and the crowd were much better last night, though I have to say we are a fickle bunch - singing songs like "Kenny Jackett's Blue Army" and "Kenny's taking us up like he said he would" towards the end. It wasn't that long ago it was boos accompanied by "Jackett Out". Hats off to our manager though he's still a boring bar steward.

Re: Rochdale
...and today's results couldn't have gone much better for us.
Ipswich, Wycombe both lose
Peterborough, Rotherham both draw
Oxford the only winners
Sunderland & Coventry play tomorrow; someone must drop something
Pompey still third.
