Grouping Process For Flexi-Season Ticket Holders And Members
I am completely confused. Can anyone give a step by step guide on how to get a ticket to attend a home match through the E Ticketing site?

It's quite straightforward. This is the page you want to start.

Go down to paragraph seven, and you can download a pdf of a step-by-step process (click where it says "click here"), although you probably won't need that as you can just follow the process through.
In the same paragraph, click on "online here" to start the process (there is a captcha stage to go through - just tick the I am not a robot box and wait).
Then go through as if you were buying a ticket, but the charge is zero. You log in, click that you are a flexi-season ticket holder, pick number of adults (I presume you are just one) and then pick the group of which you wish to be a part. (There may be some additional steps, I don't remember, but it was all obvious). Then confirm purchase for £0.00 as if it was a ticket.
The groups are just letters of the alphabet, there is no indication that they mean anything, but it allows families to be in the same group.
That's as far as it goes; you don't buy a ticket, just get allocated to a group and will then be offered tickets in group turn when they are avilable.
As always, any problems then ask a small child for assistance.
Hope this helps.

Just a thought. Like New Forester I am a single attendee so would be great to attend along with guys from this forum. I know many who sit around me but no on a basis of being able to contact them. So I just thought why don't we all book into the same group? Even socially distanced it would be great to meet some of you.
