No signing? What, as in autographs? Or for deaf people? :D

Seriously, though, where did you read that?

Makes a pleasant change.

So for us, Rule of 6 outdoors only, no households mixing (except for support bubbles) indoors. Pubs and bars to stay closed, unless they operate as a restaurant. Restaurants to offer table service only, and only serve alcohol with a decent size meal (ie you can't have a pint and a packet of crisps).

Tier ratings to be reviewed every fortnight. Only Cornwall, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight are in tier 1. Interestingly, Liverpool and London, both tier 3 prior to lockdown are now in tier 2. Manchester, Birmingham and Newcastle all in tier 3

All of League One in either tier 2 (2000 fans) or tier 3 (0 fans).

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55073284

So, for our away games this month...

1/12 Blackpool 0 fans
8/12 Cheltenham (PJ Trophy) 2000 fans (as if...)
12/12 Ipswich 2000 fans
19/12 Hull City 0 fans
29/12 Bristol R 0 fans

As always, subject to change in Borisland.

Have the club made any sort of announcement yet for tickets? Especially away games as Cheltenham isn't too far from me.

True and I don't think even the most optimistic of us thought we'd go from 0 fans to a full house over night. All moving in the right direction at the moment which is the main take away IMO.

I don't think there will be any away fans at games. I am sure this was the idea a couple of months ago when they were last edging towards fans attending.

It wouldn't make sense for away fans to have an allocation from the home fans 2000 .
Incidentally the next home match is 5 December and I can't see Pompey putting all the arrangements in place in time for that, so it looks like Fleetwood home on Tuesday 15th might be the likely choice. If its not that date then the next date if Boxing Day.

I believe that is what I read somewhere.

They should be able to. They were pretty much ready for the Wigan game to be a test event. The plans wouldn't be markedly different and they've had the bubble arrangements info for long enough.

All of League football, not just L1.
