Have had an annual flu jab for the last few years - never had any reaction beyond a slightly sore arm overnight - always grateful.

Mrs NSS got the invite yesterday and has an appointment for the first jab next Tuesday (at Fareham Community Hospital). She's in Group 4 (CEV). From her reaction when she got the text message I initially thought she'd won the lottery

Mrs BB and I are also having our first jabs next Tuesday, and are very happy about it, even though we both had the virus last March.

Mrs NSS got the invite yesterday and has an appointment for the first jab next Tuesday (at Fareham Community Hospital). She's in Group 4 (CEV). From her reaction when she got the text message I initially thought she'd won the lottery

We went along this evening but they were using the Pfizer vaccine today and it seems nobody had noticed that Mrs NSS has multiple severe allergies and history of anaphylaxis when they invited her

Slightly worryingly, they'd have given it to her had we not asked for clarification that it was okay for her to have it. Her own GP happened to be present and vetoed it immediately.
