Danny Cowley interviews

Post by Selsey Bill »

Anyone else on here listened to any of them? If you haven't yet, I implore you to do so as they are excellent. He's such a breath of fresh air to listen to after some of the crap that used to come out of Jackett's mouth. I gave up listening to KJ's in the end, but now I am already looking forward to the next one with DC.

Absolutely agree SB...a quite refreshing change. Suspect a good few of us couldn't bear to listen to KJ's diarrhea...like you, I wouldn't..NO, couldn't listen to his meaningless clap trap. DC at least sounds as if he knows what's what and judging by the first couple of matches under his control the future looks good!! 8)

I too agree.
He comes across as being genuine (fingers crossed).
KJ didn't have people skills IMO

Couldn't agree more, the more I hear the more I like. To be honest it is the first time in a very very long time that I am seeking out those interviews. Everything he says is considered, makes sense and sends exactly the right message.

I realise that they are just words, but it feels like the right words in the right way. Thank gods!

That's a lot of Paul Cook about his interviews.

Respect the opposition.
Asked about one player mentions lots of other players.
The way we want to play football.

Give it 6 months and people will be moaning about hearing the same soundbites.
