What’s your perfect January transfer window?

Need a center back and a striker.

I could not bring myself to suggest Van Dijk due to his past club no matter how good his paintings are

No, I still can't forgive him for that awful 'mockney' accent in Mary Poppins.

I’ll try to give a sensible answer l would like to keep Curtis and Harness move Marquis,Harrison on and bring in a good promising goal scorer, together with two defenders. I think we should keep Hirst Azeez not sure about Gaz but that’s for DC to decide in terms of how he balances his loans. In an ideal world l would also like DC to be given some of the £5 million that has been given to spend on players but don’t think that’s going to happen.

I'll try for a sensible answer too:

Players Leaving: (5)

Downing (free transfer or loan),
Curtis for £2m (or higher if we get lucky)
Harrison (loan or free transfer)
Afadme (cancel loan and return to Norwich)
Loan out Vincent

Keep:

Jacobs & Harness

I know Jacobs is out of contract at the end of the year but he can win games in L1 for Pompey and can play left side if Curtis leaves

Players In (4)

Loan an experienced CB as cover.
Sign: Kabongo Tshimanga from Chesterfield for £100k. 24yo, strong, powerful direct forward with 17 goals already this season in National League.
Sign: Georgie Kelly (free) from Bohemians 25yo and top scorer in Irish league this season.
Loan - right sided winger with pace. (cover for Harness injury or suspension)
