My wife, who is Welsh, is watching with me and she just said ‘Pompey should play rugby because they are always passing the ball backwards!’
Very astute

Apart from his header for the first goal, Curtis has been poor. He can't moan about being taken off.

I wasn't impressed with the petulant way in which Curtis threw the Poppy armband (which he appeared to have been wearing inside out anyway).
IMHO, Hackett has been one of the better and more positive players on the pitch (apart for gifting their goal).

Those that are watching..have you noticed how we have improved since Lowery has come on? The lad is everywhere controlling the midfield. We’ve missed him

Big potential banana skin which we avoided - job done and move on. We were so much better and quicker to move the ball in the second half, even before Lowery came on and improved things even more. I hope that Pigott's goal will boost his confidence.

Re: Hereford live on BBC2
In the end we did but the opposition was not that strong and we were supposed to win anyway.
Need to play considerably better than that when we come up against better teams.
Let’s hope there were no injuries tonight
Re: Hereford live on BBC2
I have to agree about Hackett. He had a good game and was clearly one of our better players. Curtis was not involved enough, possibly due to the knock he took. He did, however, do really well with the header down for the equaliser. Funny how people see completely different games isn’t it?No Shot Sherlock wrote: ↑Fri Nov 04, 2022 9:40 pmI wasn't impressed with the petulant way in which Curtis threw the Poppy armband (which he appeared to have been wearing inside out anyway).

First time I've seen them play this season so tried to watch it without any preconceptions. I guess once you decide a player is poor it becomes more difficult to see when they play better.Maddog56 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 04, 2022 11:10 pmI have to agree about Hackett.
