IT Support / Customer Relations or Sales..

Would like work in either of these 2 industries (sales being a 3rd pref - not cold calling.)
Most recently have had 4 years experience in Customer Service and Sales with a major high street bank, and have achieved 100% mystery shops to back up my service levels.
Worked in a temporary job in IT Support, loved it, would like to get back in it, although my experience is fairly limited in this field, but more than a keen learner, and obviously would accept a salary to reflect this.
