Click the "youtube" button above the posts, in the same way you would use Bold or embed an image or url. This will create the following tags, in between you simply paste the whole URL of the video:-

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6YbLZf8i5I[/youtube]


That will produce: -



And that's it :)
