Business Process and Performance Analyst
I am presently looking for Permanent, Contract or temporary work in my own particular skill base of Business Analyst (Process), Performance (Management Information) Analyst, Data and Quality Analyst (EFQM Trained Assessor), Business Development Analyst, Balanced Scorecard, Business Assurance Analyst or Business/Flight (Aviation) Operations (Ex RAF Air Traffic Controller).
Possible role specific responsibilities could be:
• Provide high quality detailed analysis, and design and build processes to improve operational efficiency & customer service.
• To provide a focal point for all performance matters. Heighten general awareness of performance issues and objectives, and improve understanding of individual responsibilities toward performance, including the introduction of Balanced Scorecard.
• Perform the acquisition and analysis of data to identify business issues and opportunities.
• Take an active role as champion of the process management to all customers:
o Drive process improvement through
o Ensuring adherence to the processes
o Instigating continuous process improvement and taking early corrective action where required
o Change Management Process
o Business Continuity Management
On a more personal basis, others would describe me as:
Well prepared/researched Professional
Problem Solver Good at thinking Outside of the Box
Building Strong Relationships Creative
Political Skills Enthusiastic
Strong character Approachable/Amiable
Confident
My experience also covers: Management, Supervision and Customer Services.

Having had a good look at the job spec's, positions are bit junior for me. But, I don't care, trouble is experience has shown that and they will say that and the salary is not as urm, er high as I have been earning....
Already been discriminated by age from Carphone Warehouse. Proving it is another matter!

Da, Tesco are looking for a variety of roles, probably based over at Welwyn. Not sure if the location is okay for you, but Oxfordshire (depends where you are) to Welwyn is not that far. May not be an ideal fit, but who knows?
