My thoughts when I saw the title of the thread was that it was about the 3d body scanners used in airports, and that you'd like that installed in a pair of glasses.

We need to get away from the keyboard, though. Must be a better way - speech-to-text is ok but a silent method would be preferred.
Stop looking for solutions to symptoms and start identifying the disease.
