The PST is on course for holding between 60-65% of Portsmouth Community Football Club (circ £2.5m shares bought). This would mean a capital injection of around £4m. New pledges are arriving in droves. Extraordinary stuff.

That is fantastic news, but it doesn't surprise me. I always assumed a proportion of people were holding back waiting to see what happened before pledging. Anyone caught up in the euphoria at Fratton Park on Saturday couldn't help wanting to be involved, with the exception of the Blades fans, of course. I've even had my three boys wanting to buy a share with me with their savings.

We're trying to pull together a family share so hopefully that's a little bit more (might buy some socks or something).

What is the general reaction from other clubs' fans to our takeover?

In recent years we have been acused of sour grapes / buying the cup and now getting what we deserve etc... Has the tone changed in the past few months?
