Police in Bristol find "body parts"
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-31709056#"
Reading the story, it seems safe to assume that these body parts belong to Becky Watts, although obviously there is a due process to go through before it's confirmed. I can't imagine what her family are going through.

Re: Police in Bristol find "body parts"
Should they really be reporting things like that if it hasn't been confirmed as true? Have these ****** in the media no respect for the missing girls family?
Re: Police in Bristol find "body parts"
In fact it's not even a matter of respect. It's a matter of human decency.

That's a safe assumption, '85, seeing as the leading plod said, "The information suggested that Becky's body had been cut up and a search at the new location resulted in the discovery of body parts." and
"Although formal identification procedures have not yet been completed, we have made Becky's family aware of this discovery."
Three additional people arrested for assisting an offender - what were they thinking? This is a properly horrible affair. Her family and friends will never recover.

Reading the piece on the Beeb, it does seem as though the family were told before the discovery was made public. It seems as though there is little to zero doubt that they have found the remains of the poor girl - if there was significant doubt, I would assume that they would not have made the discovery public.

Is it drugs or just sick in the head people? I don't mind admitting I dabbled in a bit of charlie, ecstasy and ganja in my younger days, early 1990s rave era but I certainly never felt like killing anyone or even harming someone let alone chopping them up.

Statement just released from family of Becky Watts:
"We are devastated to be told of this latest development.
"We are at an utter loss to understand why anyone would want to hurt our beautiful Becky in such a brutal way.
"We are grateful to the police for all they have done and are continuing to do in this investigation.
"Whilst there are people in custody, none of whom are connected to the Watts family, we will not be making any further comment and we ask that our privacy is respected at this horrific time."
