Yes....of course they are selling Wembley.
Maybe they can fund an actual working 'Fit and Proper Person' test with all the extra cash they get!
...or maybe pigs can fly...

Re: FA considering selling our holiday home
dear oh dear
If dude wants to buy the stadium for 600 large its because he can make monies out of it...without the concessions apparently according to my brief read of the deal.
So why not keep the stadium and make the monies yourself?
And with this 600 large apparently you are going to build some nice fields and training upgrades for the kiddies.
I'm sure the best of the kiddies are already at the leagues clubs training fields so I'm not seeing a great leap forward here.
Plus, you don't want to give it up for the NFL until the NFL have committed to actually putting a team here....which they as yet have not.
Lots of promises and hopes to...but no legal deal as yet.

Its the FA.The Cincinnati Kid wrote:So why not keep the stadium and make the monies yourself?
Khan already owns a franchise in the Jags so its not like they need to expand beyond 32. In any case, that's Khan's problem, not the FA.The Cincinnati Kid wrote:Plus, you don't want to give it up for the NFL until the NFL have committed to actually putting a team here....which they as yet have not.
