Assuming you are coming from Birmingham it's not that bad news.

From Sheffield you can catch the Trans Pennine Express service to Cleethropes I thibk it is. Stops at Donny and isn't northern rail.

Its Cross Country from Birmingham. Those traveling from Kings Cross will use LNER.

I just think useless organisations like Northern Rail should be put out of their misery.
