Is it true that we receive a windfall of £250,000 for being the last team in our league left in the round?Pompey Penguin wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 7:55 am Following last night's results, we are now the lowest ranked team in the FA Cup. All the others are either PL or CH.

There won't be any replays for a draw on the night. Hence no further earnings from this round.
So we'd best make the most of the earnings from the game and look forward to £720k in the quarter finals! Plus more TV money.

Re: Arsenal or Bournemouth
Following last night's result, we are now the only south coast team left in the competition. Can we have another £250k, please?
Re: Arsenal or Bournemouth
We're also the only team not based on mainland Britain. Can we have another 250K for that?

Meanwhile, Arsenal will play in the Europa league on Thursday 27th, at home to Olympiakos. No PL game at the weekend. So they will get an extra day's rest.

Wife’s birthday. Only just been forgiven for saying at a party that the happiest moment of my life was being at Wembley for the final whistle in 1966. Can I push my luck?
